This one day intensive will support you in identifying and setting up the business YOU love.
Whether you are starting out, or redefining your business, or adding new products or services, this day will help you get the clarity on who you are and why your business is important, who you serve, and then what products you deliver and how you can best do so, aligned to your life needs and passions.
We’ll shape your processes and settle on the price structure in your business, as well as establishing what platforms, channels and software to use. Last of all we'll focus on how you can share your views and presence, and show up with confidence
This day will give you a bespoke plan and activities for growth to implement based on ‘Strategy On A Page’ and other modelling tools that have been developed by me over time working with business owners who shy away from success.
A SHAPE day is not a passive thing and you are expected to take Action.

The aim of the day is to SHAPE your business and gain absolute clarity on the following:
- Who you are and what's important to you
- Who you serve
- Where those people ‘hang out’ (online and offline) and where you can find them
- Where you need to be visible so they can find you
- How to phrase your offering so they understand it (your ‘pitch’)
- What you need to say to them so they ‘get’ that you can help them with their business problem
- The marketing strategies that suit you and your business
- How to structure these strategies to avoid overwhelm (using your rhythm)
- Exactly what your focus should be for the next 3 months
- An overall generic marketing plan for the whole year
The Process
We have an initial “is this right for me?” 20 -30 minute call, to ensure this is the right time for you, and the right way for you to approach the changes you are about to make in your business – whether that is starting from scratch, building on current success, stretching into the future, or giving yourself the possibility of restructuring for growth or simplicity. In this call we’ll establish what you want, what you need and most importantly if we get on and can work together to get you dreaming, planning and auctioning.
Then when we’ve decided that now is a good time, we’ll book a date, you’ll get an invoice* and the homework, and we’ll set a date for the SHAPE day –usually around two weeks after the initial call. The follow up calls are scheduled for one week after the SHAPE Day, and then 3 weeks after that, to ensure you are supporting yourself though the actions you commit to.
