The Cafe
The Shine & Rise Café is designed for business owners and creative entrepreneurs to make life and business easier to manage and develop.
You'll connect with like-valued and like-minded people, get some focused work done, and get the feedback, encouragement and support that's often the missing link in making progress.
Let's face it. It’s hard to work on your own, day in day out, not quite knowing if what you are doing is the right thing that will move your business forward, make you money and get your ideas out in the world. It can be difficult to balance the inner demons and the outer activities.
The Shine & Rise Business Café was set up to combat those feelings and support you to get stuff done so you are on track and you STAY on track. One of the core premises we work with is 'Succeed As You'. Every business is different, every business owner is different - and THAT is the key to success. We work to put you and your vision at the heart of your efforts.
Your business can and will succeed, if you put in the work, and back yourself in the process. The Shine & Rise Cafe just makes that easier for you to achieve.

How It Works
We meet twice a month, virtually via Zoom, on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday.
The Mid-Month check in is 2 hours of co-working & coaching from 9am-11am UK time. The Full Cafe is on the 4th Tuesday from 11am - 4pm UK time.
The whole day is designed to help you make the progress you need, unblock your stuckness, help you make the decisions you've been putting off, and get the work done that you've been avoiding, as well as always keeping you focused on the money making activities that are the life blood of your business.
We kick off the day with a round of 3-5 minute shares about what you are celebrating over the past month (or more!). Why? Because it’s so easy to ‘do’ and move on, without relishing the accomplishment and getting the learning from it.
Then you'll commit to what you are working on - your project to progress or your background admin that's got left behind. Anything goes, it's up to you what you get done, but you'll be doing it in company.
There's an opportunity to network over lunch, and there's always a 15 one to one minute laser coaching session to get you clear and give you momentum.
It is a fest of Celebration, Checking in, Coaching & Committing with a whole 4 hours of Getting Stuff done. (Usually the tough stuff you've been avoiding!)

If you commit to a minimum of 3 months, you'll get a 121 call with me to really make sure you are on track, or you can attend on a drop in basis.
Online Café
We meet twice monthly - virtually via zoom - so you have company and motivation to keep going.
All the above happens, in the 2nd (a 2 hour ‘sprint’) and 4th week of the month (the 5 hour ‘working’ shop).
